How Financing

Works

When we started investing in Denkmal properties, we quickly realized that financing worked differently compared to standard real estate. Banks will provide the loan based on an MaBV renovations contract with the developer, regulated by the German Law. This will split the financing into steps according to the renovations progress. The German government, through the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) , offers almost half of the loan specifically tailored for energy-efficient renovations of listed properties, with a much lower interest rate. So you can also benefit from:
